The prices of our items are in Euros and are including VAT, excluding shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of packages (see payment and delivery). MATERIALS AND COLORS

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF CONTROL

All orders already shipped can not be canceled but may be exchanged against another reference product or a refund.

*  DELIVERY-PICK

The online store Essenciel returns shipped to metropolitan France, overseas, abroad. The billing address is different from the delivery address.

For delivery outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes are your responsibility and your responsibility. We recommend that you inquire about these issues with local authorities.

Deliveries are made by mail colissimo against signing max letter or by a carrier for bulky items from Monday to Saturday except public holidays: the price is calculated automatically based on the amount of your order and includes Shipping and packaging (see payment and delivery)

Accompanied (s) of the document attached to your package (back of delivery) completed by yourself. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
